Our sisters and brothers at Red Crearte are creating resources to celebrate the 500th anniversary of the Reformation from a Latin American and ecumenical perspective.

The Church of Scotland is recruiting for an innovative ministry among Glasgow’s arts community. The Pioneer Glasgow Arts minister will be charged with engaging with artists—especially visual artists—across the city and exploring new forms of worship and ways of expressing faith.

“Human dignity is the basis of a just and inclusive community and the dignity of the human person is a fundamental right in itself,” Christian Conference of Asia General Secretary Dr. Mathews George Chunakara stated at the 28th quadrennial assembly of the National Council of Churches in India.

Presbyterians in South Sudan ask for prayers as peace negotiations continue.

The United Church of Canada is deeply concerned for the more than 11 million people who are now internal or external refugees, displaced by the fighting in Syria. As the numbers of refugees increase, the United Church has been asked to help. The church launched an emergency appeal for donations in 2013 and renewed that call in 2015. Funds received will be directed to their partners on the ground.
